'Up and Down on a Rainy Day' written by Kathryn Apel, and debut children's book illustrator Janet Turner.

 

The book was released by State Library of Queensland in December 2020, as part of their Stories for Little Queenslanders series. It was shortlisted in the Australian Speech Pathology Book of the Year Awards.
